研究了两种控轧控冷工艺对HRB335E钢的组织和性能的影响.结果表明:这两种轧制工艺使钢的表面和心部均得到铁素体和珠光体组织,表面无回火马氏体产生;同时将进精轧温度从970~980℃降至870~880℃,其显微组织更细更均匀,特别是表面的铁素体晶粒更细小,强度和塑性均有提高,表现出更好的强韧性.

Effects of two kinds of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process on the microstructures and mechanical properties of HRB335E were studied. The results show that surface and core microstructures of the steel for two kinds of rolling are ferrite and pearlite,no transformation of tempered martensite on the surface. At the same time,finishing rolling temperature is reduced from 970-980℃to 870-880℃,the microstructure becomes finer and more uniform,the ferrite grain on the surface is especially fine,and strength and plasticity are improved,showing better strength?toughness.
