为了探究复合绝缘子发生闪络故障后的硅橡胶材料特性,以现场运行多年并发生闪络故障的绝缘子为样品,利用紫外成像确定其损坏部位,运用Fourier红外光谱分析研究憎水性基团Si-CH3、-CH3的相对含量,并对样品进行憎水性测试、表面观察及芯棒剖析。结果表明:硅橡胶复合绝缘子发生闪络故障后,憎水性几乎丧失,表面出现粉化、硬化及龟裂现象,表层憎水性基团的相对含量下降,芯棒的制作工艺对复合绝缘子的综合性能影响较大。

To study the characteristics of silicone rubber after composite insulators occur flashover, we used the insulators, which operated for several years and occurred flashover, as samples. The damaged parts of the samples were determined using ultraviolet image, the relative content of their Si-CH3, -CH3 hydrophobic groups was analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, and their hydrophobicity, surface and mandrel were tested, observed, and analyzed respectively. The results show that after the sili-cone rubber composite insulator occur flashover, its hydrophobicity is almost lost, its surface shows pul-verization, hardening, and severe cracking, and the relative content of its surface hydrophobic groups de-cline. The comprehensive performance of composite insulator is affected by the mandrel manufacturing process.
