为了提高冷轧带钢的板形质量,在1250单机架6辊可逆冷轧机板形控制系统改造中,根据轧制工艺,设定了中间辊初始位置.基于板形调节机构的调控功效,由闭环板形控制系统给出了中间辊在线横移的调节量.为了减少横移对轧辊磨损的影响,通过试验以及数值计算分析了中间辊横移阻力与横移速度以及轧制力之间的关系,对中间辊横移速度进行了设定.经现场应用表明,中间辊横移控制模型具有较高的板形控制精度,对实现冷轧带钢的高精度板形控制具有重要作用.

In order to improve the flatness of cold rolled strips, the initial position of intermediate roll was preset in accordance with the rolling process in revamp of the 1250 6-H reversing UCM cold mill. The online adjustment of intermediate roll is calculated from the closed loop feedback flatness control system dependent on the actuator effi-ciency factors. For the purpose of avoiding roll abrasion, the relationship among roll force and shifting speed as well as thrust force was analyzed by theoretical calculation and experiments. In addition, shifting speed of intermediate roll was preset. The applications show that the models of intermediate roll control is capable in flatness control and is significant to obtain better flatness.
