考察了玻璃纤维(GF)增强尼龙66复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,以及PTFE对复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,利用扫描电镜分析了磨损形貌.结果表明:15%GF增强尼龙复合材料的摩擦学性能改善不明显,而且磨损量高于纯尼龙;加入PTFE在摩擦过程中形成了转移膜,降低了玻璃纤维增强尼龙复合材料的摩擦磨损,改善了其摩擦学性能.
