利用水热法在160℃下反应8 h后合成纳米NiFe2O4粉体.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等对样品进行表征,测试了样品对B-GFF黑、K-GL翠蓝、B-RN蓝等活性染料的光催化性能,研究了光源、初始染料浓度、光照时间及催化剂的回收等对染料降解率的影响.结果表明,制备的NiFe2O4粉体为圆形晶粒,平均粒径在15 am左右.无光照条件下,NiFeO4对三种活性染料有一定的催化降解.氙灯照射6 h后,NiFe2O4对B-GFF黑、B-RN蓝及K-GL翠蓝分别可达到93%、85%及58%以上的降解.紫外灯照射效果最好,紫外光照2 h后,该催化剂对B-GFF黑及B-RN蓝基本可达到100%的降解,对K-GL翠蓝也可达到75%的降解.回收后的NiFe2O4催化剂对B-GFF黑溶液仍具有75%的降解率.
