钛合金表面渗硼可极大地提高钛合金的耐磨性能.本文综合阐述了国内外钛及其合金表面渗硼的研究现状,探讨了固体渗硼法中表面渗层形成机理与硼钛化合物的生长动力学.基体组织、渗剂组成、渗硼温度、氧分压等因素会影响渗硼层结构.在接近β转变点的温度条件下,可能获得较厚的渗硼层.双相结构中的TiB与TiB2层的厚度d与时间t的关系分别满足Fick扩散第二定律d2=K·t.
