通过金相分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段对国内某钢厂生产石油套管钢的水口堵塞物进行了分析,对冶炼过程Al2O3夹杂的控制问题从热力学角度进行了研究。热力学计算结果表明,当钢中的 [Al]s含量为0.025%,若钙处理时钢中钙含量高于22×10-6,硫含量低于0.008%,可较容易地将Al2O3夹杂变性为低熔点易上浮的C12A7。在热力学计算基础上,通过强化钢水钙处理,钢中钙含量提高至25×10-6~40×10-6,夹杂物变性上浮容易,连浇炉数由3~4炉提高至大于8炉。
Analytical techniques such as metallographic examination、SEM、EDS were applied to research the clogging substance during oil casing steel production in some steel work.The thermodynamics of controlling oxidation inclusions were analyzed. The thermodynamic calculation result showed that when the dissolved aluminum [A1]s was about 0.025%,if the content of calcium more than 22×10-6,sulphur less than 0.008%,it can easily to modify Al2O3 into low melting point C12A7. By strengthening the calcium treatment, the actual content of calcium was distributed from 25×10-6 to 40×10-6,the inclusions modality and floatation were easier, continuous heats of tundish was increased from 3~4 to more than 8.
