以4-氟-4'-羟基二苯甲酮和丙烯酰氯为原料,采用酰基化反应合成了一种含氟可聚合二苯甲酮类光引发剂(FBPAc).通过紫外光谱研究了FBPAc的吸收、降解以及迁移性能,并利用实时红外(RT-IR)研究了FBPAc的光聚合动力学行为.结果表明:FBPAc的最大吸收峰在256.2 nm处,与二苯甲酮(BP)最大吸收峰(251.0 nm)相比略微红移;FBPAc的相对迁移率仅为BP的15%.
A polymeric photoinitiator containing fluorine (FBPAc) was prepared by using 4-fluorophenyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl benzophenone and acryloyl chloride as raw materials via an acylation reaction.The UV-vis absorption spectra was applied to study the absorption,degradation and migration performance of FBPAc.The real-time infrared spectroscopy (RT-IR)was used to investigate the photopolymerization kinetics of FBPAc.The results showed that the maximum absorption peak of FBPAc was 256.2 nm and gave a little red shift as compared with BP(251.0 nm).Moreover,the relative migration rate of FBPAc was only 15% of BP.
