利用Gleeble3500热力模拟试验机对中碳钢M和P+F组织的温加工流变应力在不同的变形参数条件下进行了对比研究。结果表明:存在临界温度和临界应变量,使M组织的流变应力等于和低于F+P组织;应变速率()为0.01 s-1时,650~700 ℃压缩,M和F+P的流变行为近于一致,M组织的加工软化作用都大于F+P组织,二者的σ - ε曲线存在交点,交点所对应的ε值为临界应变量。
