使用自行合成的联苯型液晶聚氨酯(LCPU)与热塑性酚醛树脂(PF)通过原位复合的方法制备了一系列不同LCPU含量的LCPU/PF共混复合材料.研究了不同LCPU含量对LCPU/PF原位复合材料的力学性能,玻璃化转变温度和摩擦性能的影响,采用SEM研究了不同LCPU含量对LCPU/PF复合材料的磨损面及磨损机理的影响.结果表明,LCPU的加入可以显著地改善材料的力学性能,冲击强度提高18.7%、弯曲强度提高37.1%;玻璃化转变温度提高18℃;在摩擦系数几乎不变的情况下可以明显降低材料的磨损体积.
LCPU/PF in-stiu composites were prepared by blending liquid crystalline polyurethane(LCPU)synthesized by ourselves with novolac type phenolic resins(PF)and by molding technology. Effects of LCPU contents on mechanical properties, glass transition temperature, and tribological properties were studied. Results show that the addition of LCPU results in the improvement of the mechanical properties, thermal properties and tribological properties of LCPU/PF composites. The impact strength, bending strength, bending modulus of LCPU/PF composites increases by 18.7%, 37.1%, 15.1%, respectively. The glass transition temperature of composites is improved by 18 ℃ and the wear volume decreases by 57.8 %, while the wear coefficient remains almost unchanged.
