研究了相同成分体系下不同轧制工艺对Q345R钢板组织性能的影响。采用控轧工艺可提高热轧态力学性能,为后续热处理提供了良好的遗传组织基体。研究了不同的热处理工艺对Q345R压力容器板性能的影响。研究表明,经正火后压力容器板屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,伸长率和韧性明显提高。实现了Q345R压力容器板的稳定生产。

The effects of different rolling processes on microstructure and properties of the plate were analyzed.Hot-rolled mechanical properties could be improved by controlled rolling process,and good heredity microstructure was provided for the subsequent heat treating.The effect of different heat treatment processes on the vessel steel properties was researched.According to the research,yield strength and tensile strength were decreased after heat treatment,but the elongation and ductility were increased and Q345R vessel steel can be produced stably.
