用熔融挤出方法制备了滑石粉(Talc)填充间规聚苯乙烯(Talc/sPS)和苯乙烯(St)/丙烯酸(AA)或St/马来酸酐(MA)双单体接枝改性Talc的Talc/sPS复合材料,用DSC和WAXD研究了Talc/sPS和改性Talc/sPS复合材料的结晶与熔融行为、晶型.结果表明,Talc对sPS结晶存在异相成核作用,提高sPS熔体结晶温度.熔融温度提高,sPS结晶温度降低,sPS结晶温度与熔融温度的依赖性为:sPS>Talc/sPS>Talc-AA-PS/sPS>Talc-MA-PS/sPS.Talc/sPS复合材料的熔融行为和晶型不仅与熔融温度有关,也与Talc表面处理有关.双单体接枝改性的Talc填充sPS有利于形成β晶.
