对近年来基于壳聚糖-纳米金粒子的生物传感器的构造与应用研究进行了回顾与总结.在结合纳米金粒子独特的物理化学特性和壳聚糖良好的生物相容性,壳聚糖与酶及纳米金粒子等良好的结合能力特性基础上,通过不断改进电极结构,使用层-层复合技术以及添加碳纳米管或纳米金丝的方法,能构造出具有很高灵敏度和检测极限的纳米复合材料生物传感器.通过改变结合酶的品种,可以获得具有不同检测环境和检测物质适应性的生物传感器.对生物传感器的应用也进行了相应的总结.
