以喷煤后高炉内H2含量变化的生产数据和变化规律为基础,利用相关理论,着重分析H2含量变化对高炉冶炼过程影响的机制,从而确定了高炉内一定含量的H2有利于高炉操作过程的稳定和指标优化。另外,通过对高炉冶炼过程氢、碳等元素的物料平衡计算,分析高炉冶炼过程由于燃料结构优化而用H2取代CO还原和降低燃料比所达到的降低CO2排放的实际效果。

According to the practical production data and the variable rules with the different of H2 content in BF by coal injection, and based on the correlative theories, the effect on BF ironmaking process was analyzed. The results show that the certain H2 content in BF is benefit to the steady operation process and the optimization indicator. On the other hand, according to the balance calculation of H and C in BF process, the emission of CO2 is decreased for the following reasons: the more H2 instead of CO taking part in the reducing process through optimization of fuel structure, and further reducing fuel ratio.
