提出了一种新的灰口铸铁(GCI)热加工工艺,即包覆压缩(CCC).采用该工艺,经大于45%热变形压缩,制备了定向石墨灰口铸铁.经80%热变形的GCI拉伸性能显著提高,抗拉强度从117MPa提高到249MPa,伸长率从0提高到5.2%;热变形量超过45%的GCI,拉伸断口有分层现象,出现了一些韧性断裂的特征.
