研究了Na2SO3的除氧效果,讨论了pH值、Ca和Mg 离 子浓度、催化剂Co(NO3)2的浓度对Na2SO3除氧效果的影响.实验结果表明:在无催 化剂存在的情况下,Na2SO3的除氧率最高仅达到90%.Ca、Mg离子浓度对Na2SO3的 除氧效果有一定的抑制作用,使除氧率降低约4%~6%.催化剂Co(NO3)2的引入,能够明 显地提高Na2SO3的除氧率,降低Na2SO3的用量,当Na2SO3加入量过剩约5.0 mg /L,催化剂Co(NO3)2的加入量为1.5 mg/L时,除氧率大于99.5%,且Ca、Mg离子浓度及p H值对其除氧率影响很小.
The effect of concentration of Co(NO3)2,concentr ation of Ca++、Mg++ and pH value on the deoxidation rate of Na2SO 3 were studied respectively.The experimental results show that the deoxidation rate of Na2SO3 only reached 90% without catalyst Co(NO3)2.Concentration of Ca++、Mg++ dropped the deoxidation rate about 4%~6%.The deoxida tion rate of Na2SO3 was raised distinctly when catalyst Co(NO3)2 was int roduced.The deoxidation rate was higher than 99.5%,when overdose of Na2SO3 w as about 5.0 mg/L、added amount of Co(NO3)2 was 1.5 mg/L,and the effect of t he concentration of Ca++、Mg++ and pH value on the deoxidation rate was simply small.
