研究一种铁基镍铬合金涂层的耐碱脆性能。采用慢拉伸试验和扫描电镜,对Q345R标准圆柱试样和相对应的带有电弧喷涂层的试样进行了拉伸试验,对断口微观形貌进行了观察和分析。表明,电弧喷涂该种涂层有良好的抗应力腐蚀性能,可以作为较高温度下的碱脆防护涂层。

Slow train rate test (SSRT), analysis of fracture surface of Q345R standard cylinder samples and corresponding arc sprayed samples were used to study the caustic embrittlement resistance of arc sprayed iron-based Ni-Cr coatings. The results show that arc sprayed iron-based Ni-Cr coating can be used as a protective coating for solving caustic embrittlement problems at relatively high temperatures.
