介绍了一种采用异氰酸酯硅氧烷改性丙烯酸酯偶联剂的合成方法。采用该方法合成的偶联剂无需溶剂、反应条件温和、产物纯度高,合成的产物稳定性好。由于含有双键,可以进行辐射固化,加入一定量的该偶联剂可显著提高辐射固化涂膜对金属基材的附着力和耐盐雾性能。

A method of synthesizing acrylic ester'coupling agent modified by isocyanate siloxane was introduced. The coupling agent prepared by the method is solvent-free, reaction condition is mild, product has high purity and stability. The coating added with this coupling agent can be cured by radiation due to the double bond in it. The coating adhesion to metal and salt fog resistance can be improved remarkably by adding a certain amount of this coupling agent.
