海底管道失效后果严重,由于影响其安全性的风险因素很多,目前国内外针对海底管道安全评估的方法均不完善。本文介绍了一种海底管道安全评估的新方法,根据相关标准,通过采用软件分析,采用超声导波技术进行现场检测,并基于DNV-OS—F101的许用应力法和DNV—RP—F101的带腐蚀缺陷管道的剩余强度评价,综合腐蚀分析、操作压力、操作温度和最小壁厚四个因素对管道安全运行的影响,从而对海底输油管线的可靠性进行评估。该评估方法在埕北油田海底管道上进行了应用,取得了很好的效果。

Submarine pipeline failure can cause serious consequences. There are many risk factors affecting the security of submarine pipelines. According to reference standards, combined with on-site inspection and theoretical analysis and calculation, this study created a systematic method for assessing the current safety of submarine pipelines. Based on project example in Chengbei oil field, the influences of factors such as corrosion, operation pressure, operation temperature and minimum wall thickness were analyzed. DNV--OS--F101 for submarine pipeline systems and DNV--RP--F101 for corroded pipeline were used to evaluate the permissible stress and residual strength, the safe operation of submarine pipeline was assessed by on-site inspection and combined with these four factors. This system was effectively used to assess the reliability of the submarine pipelines in Chengbei oil field .
