使用差式扫描量热仪和电子万能试验机,研究了Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉丝及热拉丝的室温力学性能、相变温度、恢复应变.结果表明,随退火温度升高,Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉丝、热拉丝的抗拉强度、屈服强度降低,延伸率升高,马氏体相变温度升高,相变热增加;预应变后记忆恢复应变减小,第一次加热的相变温度升高,相变温度间隔增加.适当热机械处理会提高Ni47Ti44Nb9丝材的记忆性能,40%冷拉丝不同温度退火时,记忆恢复应变优于热拉丝.
