近年来,量子点材料以其独特的光学、物理化学特性引起科学家的广泛兴趣和研究.其中,生物与医学领域应用的高性能量子点材料的研究和开发已经成为相关领域的研究热点.介绍了提高量子点发光性能和生物应用性能的各种表面修饰技术,并在此基础上综述了量子点材料在光电子器件、生物与医学等方面的最新研究进展,最后总结了其在相关领域应用面,临的挑战和研发方向.
