采用非均匀成核法,通过在硅灰石表面包覆硅酸铝对硅灰石进行了无机改性。扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等测试表明,无机改性硅灰石颗粒表面粗糙,包覆着许多纳米硅酸铝粒子;通过BET比表面积分析仪测定,比表面积提高200%以上;红外光谱(FT-IR)测试表明,无机改性后硅灰石表面羟基增多;白度测试表明,无机改性硅灰石白度提高2.0;力学性能测试表明,由无机改性硅灰石填充的聚丙烯(PP)材料,拉伸强度可达20.45MPa,弯曲强度可达38.02MPa,较硅灰石原料及纯PP材料的拉伸性能和弯曲强度显著提高,热变形温度比纯PP提高了28.6℃;填充PP材料冲击断面SEM表明无机改性可以改善硅灰石与基体PP材料的结合界面。

Wollastonite was inorganic modificated by coating aluminium silicate with heterogeneous deposition method.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and BET surface area analysis were used and the results show wollastonite is coated with nano-aluminium silicate,The specific surface area of particles increases by 200%.The content of OH group increases.The whiteness increases by 2.0.The PP products filled with inorganic modified powder have superior chemical properties(tensile strength 20.45MPa,bending strength 38.02MPa) than that with uncoated wollastonite and pure PP and the heat distortion temperature increases by 28.6 ℃ than pure PP.Inorganic modification of wollastonite can improve the joint interface between wollastonite and PP.
