介绍了复合材料构件知识库中的计算机辅助成型工艺系统。针对复合材料成型工艺参数种类多、难以管理、设计经验不能共享等问题，用基于特征推理的工艺方法应用于复合材料成型工艺的相似实例检索，同时提出了基于产生式规则的推理方法进行复合材料构件成型工艺的决策，给出了系统的总体设计结构，包括材料管理库、成型工艺实例库、模具参数管理库、成型工艺参数管理库和辅助成型工艺选择库。采用面向对象和组件技术实现了该设计方案。

The paper described the system of computer aided design of forming process in the knowledge-based system of composed material structure. It is to solve the current problems which are complicated and difficult to share useful data and successful experiences for the processing engineers. A characteristic-based reasoning method was applied to the case module for searching the similar cases and production rule was applied to this system for de-ciding processing routine. This system total includes material management,mould management,process parameters management and process route deciding. The system was developed by object oriented programming technique and component techniques.
