通过显微组织观察、硬度测试、电阻率测试和TEM分析,研究了添加Sc对AA3003铝合金析出行为及再结晶的影响.结果表明:冷轧AA3003铝合金在460℃以下退火,获得粗大长条状再结晶组织,而退火温度高于460℃,获得细小等轴晶;添加0.387%(质量分数,下同)的Sc元素,冷轧AA3003铝合金的再结晶温度从360℃提高至480℃;在510 ~ 610℃温度区间内退火,添加0.387% Sc的AA3003铝合金冷轧试样均可获得粗大长条状再结晶组织.
