研究了稀土盐对水性锌铝合金涂层的组织结构和耐蚀性能的影响.扫描电镜、能谱和X射线衍射分析表明,合金涂层由片层状的锌和铝紧密构成,在片层间存在致密的稀土转化膜;中性盐雾试验、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和极化曲线测试表明,当Ce(NO3)3的含量为5 g/L时,涂层耐盐雾腐蚀时间达到600h,是没有加入稀土的涂层的2倍.含稀土盐的涂层的高耐蚀性与其中形成的硅烷-稀土协同钝化作用有关.
