采用异相氯磺化的方法,对用熔融纺丝法制得的聚乙烯(PE)中空纤维膜进行氯磺化反应,并对反应产物进一步水解和离子交换,获得具有离子交换功能,带有不同反离子的磺化聚乙烯(SPE)中空纤维离子交换膜.采用元素分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等方法,研究氯磺化条件(如在反应介质中的预浸泡时间、反应时间和反应温度等)对产物的组成、结构和性能的影响.
