采用环氧树脂、液态酸酐胶粘剂,将玻璃布与聚酯纤维布卷绕到模具中,在真空压力下浸渍,经高温固化制成真空浸胶环氧玻璃布管,并通过无丝扣粘接装配金属接头制成126 kV GIS用绝缘拉杆。对绝缘拉杆基材的力学性能和电性能进行测试,并对绝缘拉杆成品按其使用要求进行测试。结果表明:采用无丝扣粘接工艺研制的126 kV GIS用绝缘拉杆能满足126 kV GIS断路器的使用要求。
Using glass cloth and polyester fiber cloth wind a mold then impregnate the adhesive com-posed of epoxy resin and liquid anhydride under vacuum pressure, a VPI epoxy glass cloth tube was pre-pared after cured at high temperature. An insulated tension pole for 126 kV GIS was prepared using VPI epoxy glass cloth tube bond with metallic joint by unthreaded bonding technique. The mechanical proper-ties and electrical properties of the base material and end product of insulated tension pole were tested. The results show that the prepared insulated tension pole can meet the application requirements of 126 kV GIS.
