考察冠状动脉支架的应用发展，综述了国内外对支 架用金属材料在腐蚀领域的研究和发展动向.
Implantation of coronary stents has developed in th e recent years，and it has a good effect on the treatment of coronary artery dis ease.Stents are made of SUS 316L stainless steel or NiTi alloy.The most serious problems they encounfered are blood compatibility and corrosion.Research of cor rosion of coronary stents in vitro and in vivo has been reviewed， which includes Ni、Ti content in body after implantation、the measurement of corrosion rate and the improvement of anti-corrosion by surface modification.The most concerned topic in recent res earch is surface modification which can develop both anti- corrosion ability and blood copatibility.In the end， the future of stents is prospected.
