分流制粒烧结是一种新的烧结工艺,即将铁精矿分别制成高碱度物料和酸性球,再混入燃料、返矿等进行烧结的方法。试验结果表明,随着配碳量增加,铁酸钙含量降低,钙钛矿含量增加,赤铁矿含量减少,转鼓强度和还原粉化指数提高,还原性下降。过高的配碳量不利于烧结矿质量,配碳质量分数应控制在4.2%左右。
Separated granulating sintering was a kind of new sintering process, which included making the concentrate ore into high R material and acidic ball separately, mixing with fuels and returned mine, and taking the compound sintering. The study results show: with the increase of carbon content, the content of calcium ferrite of sinter is decreased, the content of CaO·TiO2 of sinter is increased, the content of hematite of sinter is decreased, the TI and RDI of sinter is improved, the RI of sinter is deteriorated. In summary, high carbon content was not conducive to quality of sinter. It should be around 4.2%.
