采用氟橡胶接枝乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(FKM-g-VTEO)作为增容剂,制备性能良好的氟橡胶(FKM)/硅橡胶(MVQ)共混物.研究增容剂用量对FKM/MVQ共混物力学性能、高温压缩永久变形和耐油性能的影响,并采用动态机械热分析仪(DMA)对共混物进行表征.结果表明,随着增容剂用量的增加,共混物的力学性能提高,高温压缩永久变形降低.耐油性能改善.DMA分析结果表明,增容剂对FKM/MVQ共混物具有明显的增容作用.

The fluororubber(FKM) and silicone rubber(MVQ) blends were prepared using fluororubber graft vinyltriethoxysilane(FKM-g-VTEO) as a compatibilizer.The effects of FKM-g-VTEO amount on the mechanical properties, the compression set and the oil-resistant properties of FKM/MVQ blends were studied.FKM/MVQ blends were characterized by dynamic mechanical thermal analyser(DMA).The results show that the mechanical properties of the blends are enhanced, the compression set decreases and the oil-resistant properties are improved with the increase of FKM-g-VTEO amount.The DMA results indicate that FKM-g-VTEO amount has distinct compatibilization effect on FKM/MVQ blends.
