研究了H型钢轧制过程仿真中的几何模型、材料模型和边界条件的设定问题,重点研究了断面上网格的合理分布。利用该优化模型成功地对H型钢轧制过程进行了仿真分析,取得了H型钢轧制过程中的金属流动规律、残余应力分布及立辊的水平压下偏差对轧件变形和轧制力的影响规律。结果表明,建立的H型钢轧制过程有限元仿真模型合理,能为生产实践提供理论参考。

The geometry model, material model and boundary conditions, especially the distribution of mesh in the section of Hbeam for the simulation of Hbeam rolling on universal mill were investigated in the FEM model establishing with MSC.MARC software. With the optimized model the rolling process of Hbeam were simulated successfully. Several useful laws were obtained such as the material flow, the distribution of residual stress in the section during rolling, and the deviation of flange deformation and rolling force caused by the horizontal position error of vertical rolls. The results show that the established FEM model is rational and suitable for practise, providing a theoretical reference for production.
