为减小Cr偏析,提高CuCr40合金的使用性能,制备了添加稀土Ce的CuCr40合金,对激光重熔表面处理的合金组织和导电性、耐磨耐腐蚀性进行研究.结果表明,稀土Ce抑制Cr颗粒偏析,且随Ce含量增加,细化作用更显著;激光重熔处理大幅减小了合金中Cr颗粒尺寸,随稀土含量增加,组织更加均匀,孔隙率降低;重熔层中的相组成、晶粒取向不发生变化,电导率较CuCr40合金降幅不大,仍具有良好的电学特性;重熔层的摩擦系数较低,适当提高稀土Ce含量可改善重熔层的耐磨性;在1 mol/LH2SO4溶液条件下,CuCr40-0.3Ce合金重熔层的耐腐蚀性较CuCr40合金提高了0.7倍,CuCr40-0.6Ce合金重熔层的耐腐蚀性较CuCr40合金提高了1.5倍.
