采用3000 kg级氩气氛保护电渣炉分别对H13钢(w[O] =45×10-6)进行气氛保护重熔和气氛保护加金属铝重熔.实验结果表明,不加金属铝的情况下,重熔钢中氧含量(质量分数)可降至18×10-6;加铝后重熔钢中氧含量可降至10×10-6;钢中各粒度级非金属夹杂物的数量随钢中氧含量的减少而减少,而重熔过程能够有效去除钢中大尺寸(>15 μm)非金属夹杂物;不加金属铝重熔的钢中氧化物夹杂主要成分为SiO2-Al2O3,与原电极中氧化物夹杂相似,加金属铝重熔的钢中氧化物夹杂主要成分为Al2O3;最后对重熔前后钢中氧化物夹杂的变化进行了热力学分析.
