采用电阻应变计传感器设计原理,研究热处理工艺对17-4PH钢滞后特性影响,通过透射电镜、内耗测试等技术分析了热处理影响17-4PH钢滞后的原因,并探讨了滞后形成机理.结果表明,随应变增加,17-4PH钢模量亏损、内耗和滞后变大;提高强度和时效前的深冷处理能降低17-4PH钢滞后;滞弹性和微区形变引起17-4PH钢滞后.
The fundamental of load cell for resistance strain gage was adopted to investigate hysteresis property of 17-4PH steel treated with different heat treatment process, and the effect of heat treatment on microstructure and hysteresis property of 17-4PH steel was examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and internal friction measurement. It is shown that modulus of elasticity decreases, and internal friction and hysteresis increase with the increase of strain for 17-4PH steel. Hysteresis of 17-4PH steel is decreased by enhancing its strength and cryogenic cooling treatment before ageing. Hysteresis of 17-4PH steel arises from anelasficity and deformation of micro zones in the spring element.
