在纳米 SiC 存在的情况下,以苯胺单体为原料,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用化学氧化聚合法制备了聚苯胺/纳米 SiC 复合物。采用 SEM、XRD、UV-vis 等方法对产物进行形貌观察和结构表征。将涂层中分别含有聚苯胺和聚苯胺/纳米 SiC 复合物填料成的碳钢片浸泡于3.5% NaCl 溶液中,通过开路电位、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱来评价涂层的防腐蚀性能。结果表明,涂层中含有聚苯胺/纳米 SiC 复合物填料成分的碳钢片抗腐蚀能力强于含聚苯胺的碳钢片,腐蚀电位最高,腐蚀电流密度最小;而裸钢片腐蚀电位最小,腐蚀电流密度最大。

In the presence of SiC nanoparticles,using aniline monomer as raw material,ammonium persulfate as oxidant,polyaniline/nano SiC composite was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization method.The morphology and structure of product was characterized by SEM,XRD,UV-vis etc.The carbon steel pieces coated with polyaniline and polyaniline/nano SiC composite were soaked in 3.5% sodium chloride solution.Anticorrosion performance of the coating was evaluated by open circuit potential,polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that corrosion resistance of carbon steel with the coating containing polyaniline/SiC composites filler ingredients was much stronger than that containing polyaniline,the former showed the highest corrosion potential,minimum corrosion current density;while the bare steel corrosion potential was minimum and corrosion current density was maximum.
