采用超细化技术制备出微纳米涂料,并在高炉热风炉蓄热体表面成功制备出微纳米节能涂层,涂层的发射率达到0.93,涂层厚度约为300 μm。该高发射率涂层强化了气固相间的辐射传热和内部导热,使蓄热体蓄热速率和热量增加。在高炉热风炉上的应用效果表明,涂层能使热风温度分别提高57 ℃和28 ℃,同时减小送风温度的波动,降低废气排放温度,节约燃料消耗10%左右。
A new micronanometer coating on regenerator of hot blast stove for energy saving was prepared by ultra fining technology. The results showed that the emissivity of coatings is 0.93 and its thickness is about 300 μm. Application of hot stoves with such regenerators to 350 m3 and 1750 m3 BF indicated that the coating makes the blast temperature increase by 57 ℃ and 28 ℃ respectively, reduces the fluctuation of blast temperature, leads to a fuel saving of 10% due to intensification of heat radiation convection,and increasing heat conductivity of bricks resulting in increase of heat capacity of the regenerator, It can be seen that application of such coating gives good economic benefits.
