采用密度梯度管、声速取向仪、Instron 5565型强力仪、切片光学显微、回潮率测试等手段对胶原蛋白/聚丙烯腈复合纤维的结构和性能进行了测试.结果表明,随着胶原蛋白含量的增加,胶原蛋白/聚丙烯腈复合纤维的密度增大,总体取向度减小,断裂强度、断裂伸长和初始模量均减小.胶原蛋白/聚丙烯腈复合纤维内胶原蛋白均匀分布.胶原蛋白的加入,明显改善了腈纶纤维的吸湿性能,但随着胶原蛋白含量的提高,复合纤维的回潮率增加放缓.

The structure and performance of collagen/PAN composite fiber were studied by means of density gradient tube, sonic orientation instrument, Instron 5565 strength tester, optical microscope and moisture regain test.The results show that with increasing content of collagen, the density of composite fiber increases, the overall orientation decreases and the breaking strength, breaking elongation and initial modulus decreases as well.The collagen is evenly dispersed in composite fiber.The moisture regain increases with increasing content of collagen, but it slows down with further growth of collagen content.
