采用交流微弧氧化方法在一种锆合金表面制备出保护性陶瓷膜.采用SEM、EDS、XRD分析了陶瓷膜的表面形貌、截面组织、成分和相组成,并测量了微弧氧化前后锆合金的极化曲线,以评估陶瓷膜的电化学腐蚀特性.结果表明,膜层较为致密,并与锆合金结合良好.陶瓷膜由m-ZrO_2、t-ZrO_2、SiO_2相所组成,其中SiO_2相主要分布在外层膜里.微弧氧化处理后,锗合金的腐蚀电位上升,腐蚀电流密度下降,它的抗腐蚀能力得到较大提高.
A protective thick ceramic coating was prepared on a zirconium alloy by microarc oxidation (MAO) in aqueous solution. The surface morphology,cross-sectional mierostructure,composition and phases of the ceramic coating were analyzed using SEM,EDS and XRD. The electrochemical corrosion behaviors of the coating were evaluated by polarization curves. It is shown that the coating is compact and adheres well to the alloy substrate. The ceramic coating consists of m-ZrO_2,t-ZrO_2 and SiO_2 phases,and SiO_2 phase mainly appears in outer layer of the coating. After MAO surface treatment,the corrosion potential increases and corrosion current density significantly decreases,and corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy is greatly improved.
