聚酯型聚氨酯预聚体是由聚酯多元醇与过量的纯二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)反应制得的,制备的部分聚酯型聚氨酯预聚体在合成过程中或常温放置过程中容易出现浑浊现象。粒径分析仪测试发现:(1)聚酯型预聚体由透明变浑浊的过程中,其颗粒粒径逐渐增大;(2)在预聚体的合成过程中,添加适量的苯甲酰氯可以有效地抑制聚酯型预聚体浑浊现象的发生,预聚体可以以透明液体状态常温放置三个月以上;(3)在加入苯甲酰氯基础上加入适量的特种添加剂能够进一步抑制预聚体中颗粒的长大,提高预聚体的储存稳定性。

Polyester type polyurethane prepolymer was obtained by reacting polyester and excess pure diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI).Partial prepolymer may become turbid in the process of preparation or storage at room temperature.Particle size analyzer shows particle become gradually larger when the prepolymer is from transparent to turbid.The experiment shows adding certain benzoyl chloride can effectively restrain the occurrence of turbidness in the process of preparation,and the prepolymer can be transparent liquid for at least for three months at room temperature.Then adding certain special additive can further restrain the growth of particle in the prepolymer at the base of adding benzoyl chloride,and the storage stability of prepolymer will be much better.
