CO2腐蚀是油田开发过程中的一个严重问题。采用高温高压釜模拟高含CO2环境,采用失重法研究了13Cr油管试片、镀钨合金试片的防腐蚀性能,并和N80油管试片进行了比较,分析了现场应用效果。结果表明,在富CO2环境下,13Cr油管和镀钨合金管柱的腐蚀速率远小于N80,可作为CO2驱注采防腐蚀管柱。

CO2 corrosion is a serious problem in the process of oil field development.Autoclave was used to simulate the environments of high content of CO2.The anti-corrosion performance of 13Cr alloy samples and tungalloy samples was analyzed by weight loss method,and compared to that of N80 respectively.The application effect in field case was analyzed.The results showed that the corrosion rate of 13Cr alloy and tungalloy was lower than that of N80.Based on the experimental results,two sorts of anti-corrosion tube can be used as anti CO2 corrosion oil tubes.
