以活性炭为载体、超临界二氧化碳为流体、钛酸丁酯为前驱体,用超临界流体沉积法制备TiO2/活性炭(TiO2/AC)复合体。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积分析(BET)、热重-差热(TG-DTA)对TiO2/AC进行表征。以紫外灯为光源,偶氮类染料亚甲基蓝为标准降解物,考察TiO2/AC复合体的光催化活性。结果表明:TiO2/AC复合体对亚甲基蓝的光催化活性比P25和(TiO2+AC)混合体都强,归功于复合体中TiO2与AC的协调效应,以及AC负载的纳米颗粒较分散,粒径为25 nm左右,比P25粉体小。热处理温度影响晶型转变和晶粒生长,导致600℃下制备的TiO2/AC具有最大光催化活性。
TiO2/AC composites were prepared by supercritical fluid deposition(SCFD),with butyl titanate and activated carbon(AC) as precursor and support,respectively.The TiO2/AC was characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) scanning electron microscopy(SEM),BET specific surface area measurements,thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA).The photocatalytic activity of TiO2/AC was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue(MB) under UV light.The results show that photoactivity of TiO2/AC is higher than that of P25 and the mixture of TiO2 and AC for MB degradation.It is attributed to the synergy effect of TiO2 and AC,the particle size of dispersed nano-TiO2 on AC is smaller than that of P25.TiO2/AC prepared at 600℃ shows the highest photocatalytic activity due to the effect of heat-treatment temperature on phase transformation and crystal growth.
