以莱钢特钢事业部50 t电炉生产线生产28MnCr5的连铸过程为研究对象,运用ProCAST软件的CAFE模块对28MnCr5齿轮钢小方坯的凝固组织进行模拟,研究不同过热度对铸坯凝固组织的影响。结果表明:浇钢过热度在10~40 ℃变化时,对结晶器的初生坯壳厚度影响很小,浇钢过热度提高,铸坯柱状晶枝晶明显变发达,等轴晶率显著减小。当过热度在10~20 ℃时,铸坯凝固组织符合28MnCr5对凝固组织的等级要求。

The continuous casting process of 28MnCr5 produced at 50 t EAF in special steel of Laiwu Steel Corporation was studied. The solidification structures of 28MnCr5 billets were simulated by CAFE of ProCAST, so that the superheat effect on solidification structures would appear. The results indicated that superheat had little effect on shell thickness when it ranges from 10 ℃ to 40 ℃, the columnar crystals increased and isometric crystals reduced with superheat. The solidification structures were up to standard of 28MnCr5 when superheat were 10-20 ℃.
