分析了某 ZL101A 铸铝材质高压电器零件镀银层起泡的原因。通过在脱脂前增加热烘烤工序使零件表面微孔中的气体排出以及使残留其中的电解液蒸发,并对铸造时浇冒口的设计进行改进,基本消除了故障,提高了零件镀银层的质量。

The reasons for blistering of silver coating on a high-voltage component made of cast aluminum alloy ZL101A. The problem is eliminated and the quality of silver coating was improved by baking before degreasing, resulting in the expelling of gases and the evaporation of electrolyte, existing in the micropores at the component surface, and by modifying the design of runners and risers during casting.
