以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、聚乙二醇(PEG-400)、3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙基-2-甲基-2-丙烯酸酯(MPS)为主要原料,采用自由基聚合合成了一种可热固化聚丙烯酸酯树脂,并以三乙烯四胺(TETA)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的混合物为固化剂,制备了机械性能优、耐水性佳的亲水防雾涂层.采用FT-IR、NMR、TGA、光学接触角仪、AFM、SEM等对不同AMPS和TEOS含量的涂层的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明:TEOS形成的微球是影响涂层透明性的主要原因;微相分离明显可赋予涂层优良的机械性能和耐水性.AMPS用量增大,涂膜亲水性增加,耐水性变差;增加TEOS的量可提升涂膜的硬度、附着力、耐冲击性和热稳定性,但透明性下降.综合考虑,AMPS添加量为8%、TEOS量为6%时性能最佳.
