通过溶胶-凝胶的方法,制备了La0.6Sr0.15 Na0.1□0.15MnO3与微量Ag的掺杂样品(掺杂量为x=0.000、x=0.016、x=0.040、x=0.100).测量其相结构和电榆运性质.掺杂后,x=0.016样品呈单相性;而x=0.040、x=0.100样品呈现锰氧化物与Ag的二相复合结构.掺杂样品的电阻率升高;本征磁电阻值降低.同时,由于微量Ag的掺杂,使x=0.040、x=0.100样品的自旋相关的隧道磁电阻得到加强,从而表现出了很好的磁电阻温度稳定性能:在207~286K的温度范围内,x=0.040样品的MR保持在5.08%±0.20%;在205~272 K的温度范围内,x=0.100样品的MR保持在5.00%±0.33%.
