探讨了聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯(PPC)中副产物聚醚的提取方法,对其结构进行了红外光谱(FT-IR),核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)的表征,并进行了用其合成聚氨酯(PU)的应用研究。通过拉伸测试、邵氏硬度测试和热重分析(TG)考察了不同硬段比例、-NCO与-OH比例对所合成的PU的力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明,当NCO∶OH略大于1时,随着硬段含量的增加,合成的聚氨酯的力学性能和邵氏硬度随之增加,T-5%、软硬段分解温度及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)无较大变化;当-NCO∶-OH值较低时,聚氨酯的力学性能、硬度及热性能均有降低的趋势。

The separation and purification method of polyether from commercial poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC) and its potential application for the synthesis of polyurethanes(PU) were investigated.The structure of polyether was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,and GPC tests,and the mechanical and thermal properties of the synthestical polyurethanes were studied by tensile test,Shore hardness and TG analysis.The effects of different hard segment ratio,-NCO∶-OH ratio on the mechanical and thermal properties of polyurethanes were discussed.The results indicate that the mechanical properties and shore hardness increase with the increase of hard segment content in case that NCO:OH ratio is slightly higher than 1.However,the decomposition temperature(T-5%) and glass transition temperatures(Tg) show no significant change.Moreover,the mechanical properties and the shore hardness of the polyurethane decrease with the increase of-OH content when-NCO∶-OH value is smaller than 1.
