以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和甲乙酮肟为原料,合成了封闭异氰酸酯-丙烯酸酯单体.用化学滴定法和实时IR跟踪反应进度,用IR和13C-NMR表征合成单体的结构.用该单体与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸六氟丁酯共聚得到胶粘剂.以变温红外光谱测定解封温度为140℃,通过DSC和电子拉力机测试最优固化工艺为120℃/2h与140℃/2h,对PTFE表面处理后粘接强度最大为3.83MPa.
