在室温下,采用超声辅助液相法快速合成了有机-无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜.碘化铅和甲基碘化氨的摩尔比为1∶1,通过超声振荡法溶于γ-丁内酯(GBL)溶液,得到黄色透明液体.采用荧光分光光度计对溶液的光发射谱进行表征,发现在495 nm和826 nm出现特征峰;采用滴涂法以及溶剂蒸发来制备有机-无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜,通过XRD和SEM对薄膜结构和形貌进行分析.结果表明,获得的钙钛矿薄膜是四方晶系,薄膜的晶粒呈现不规则的六边形且尺寸达到微米量级.
