通过钒氮微合金化,在转炉CSP生产线上开发了超细晶、高韧性API-X60管线钢,通过实验研究了X60的组织、性能,探讨了X60的强化机制.结果表明,X60的金相组织由多边形铁素体和微量珠光体组成,铁素体晶粒尺寸细化到了5μm以下.CSP流程存在V(C,N)析出不充分的现象.X60的主要强化机制为细晶强化,另外,V(C,N)沉淀强化产生的强度增量约为60 MPa,纳米夹杂析出物产生的强度增量约为40 MPa.
