选用聚团状多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)及氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)等改性剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行抗静电及增韧研究,测试及分析了PVC共混体系的电性能、耐热性能及聚团状多壁碳纳米管在不同复合体系中的分散.结果表明,添加一定量的MWNTs能明显提高材料的抗静电性能.加入MWNTs后,复合体系的热稳定性有所提高,在不同体系中由于相结构的不同,效果差别很大.MWNTs/CPE/PVC体系具有较高的抗静电效果及综合性能.
